Sharon Lepper

Resolve

Sharon is resolve's Office Administrator and Secretary to the Board of resolve. Sharon works on average 15 hours per week for resolve. Sharon is the first point of contact when people call the resolve office for enquiries or coaching regarding disputes. Where necessary, she refers enquiries on to Neil Evans, CEO for resolve, or any resolve Board Members.

Personal

Sharon sees partnership between all parts of the body of Christ as vital to its future growth. Shortly after Sharon's marriage to Graeme they moved to the New Hebrides (now Vanuatu). Sharon worked alongside her husband who built a high school for the Presbyterian Church. Along came three children and on their return to New Zealand she found herself supporting her husband in their building construction business.

One struggle Sharon and Graeme faced was the bureaucracy for their disabled son. Seeing the need in other families as well, they decided to establish a Christian trust for adults with intellectual disabilities, which Sharon managed in its fledgling years.

Sharon and Graeme now have two children and six grandchildren. She says "I'm excited about the future for resolve. There seems to be an escalating need in all of our relationships, be it personal, cultural, business or church, for conflicts to be resolved.

We all have conflicts but I see many people just walking away or battling to the death rather than searching out assistance from experienced coaches and mediators that resolve have available".
